this SFP was immediately recognized by my Cisco 93180 and connected right up.. I am using a 15' cat5 cable (not cat6) and there are no errors on the port and throughput is great.

Cheap and of high quality.
Works great. Plug and play on my MikroTik Router. - Gets a tad warm, so I have mounted heat-sinks to them to mitigate some of the heat.
