Look, they're pricey for an SR optic. But if you have Intel X520 or X710 cards, these just work without any driver tweaking. I got stuck with a pile of generic SFPs that wouldn't link—swapped to these, problem solved. Sometimes it's worth paying for the OEM tax.

This Intel SFP+ is a workhorse for our 10G lab. Does both 1G and 10G perfectly over OM4, auto-negotiated without a hitch. Plugged into Dell and HPE switches with zero issues. Way more affordable than buying from the server vendor. Runs cool and reliable. Great find.
