Power supply works great. When ordering you just need to verify use on a Cisco phone by model, not just by series (i.e. 7942 as opposed to 7900 series. Difference is the plug that goes into the phone.

Works fine, but no power cord

This product works just fine once I dug out a spare power cord. The seller has an answered question on this product stating it comes with a power cord. That's a lie. Looks like a lot of other people have had this issue as well.Again, it works fine, but you've got a fair chance of not getting half of the product as advertised.

Not the authentic OEM Cisco power adapter that was advertised, instead an equivalent third party adapter was shipped. The adapter still worked though
