If the 1310 channel of your 8-port CWDM passive multiplexer is a CWDM wavelength channel, it cannot be used with it;

If the 1310 channel of your 8-port CWDM passive multiplexer is a special port, that is, the channel bandwidth is 1310+-50nm, then it can be used with this without affecting the transmission of other channels.
