Your switch cisco WS-2960X-24TS-L ports are 24 x 10/100/1000 + 4 x Gigabit SFP. It can not support the 10G modules. You can choose Cisco GLC-TA or Cisco GLC-SX-MM and OM1-LC-LC-D1M.
