Bought this to relocate an NVMe drive for a weird small form factor build. Setup was actually pretty easy, just had to be careful with the bend radius. First boot recognized the drive right away and speeds looked normal for PCIe 4.0. Cable feels well made, not flimsy. Only small annoyance is the connectors are a tight fit, which is probably better than loose but took more force than I expected.
